This isn’t the MOST important meal of the day - all meals are important and there are so many factors varying from each individual that determine what foods suit their health, lifestyle and activity the most however, I must say, I just LOVE the taste and experience of breakfast. I really could have it anytime of the day - especially when you’re surfing!

Remove yourself from diet culture, and negative energy that give ZERO energy. How else are you going to see surfing and fitness results without a well-rounded variety of food and regular meals? And how else are you going to have FUN whilst travelling, meeting new people, tasting new foods and socialising in the surfer towns. There’s far more to life!

Whilst routine helps, being flexible with your diet and adjusting your intake to your more active days, will give you the carb and fuel you need to power your workouts, the surf or simply, a day at work however, be mindful of what your body actually needs vs how much movement you’ll be doing that day. We want to feel our best and power our day accordingly.

Whilst some may have more understanding than others, you really don’t need a recipe book, instagram or diet plan to tell you what a good plate of food should look like. Just like a wave, if you see a variety of shapes, textures and sizes, you’re on the right path to becoming more in tune with what your body requires to be powerful. Just like a how with surfing, not all waves, breaks, boards, swells or even the time of day you’re surfing, suits all. And neither does a diet plan.

Be proud of what you’ve achieved that day. Whether it be a hard day at work, difficult conversation, sweaty workout, surf with no waves or anything else that gave you a challenge. Go slightly heavier on the carbs that take, enjoy a glass of wine over dinner or a sweet treat with over a coffee with a friend to talk about what you’ve done. Do what makes you feel good, nourished and replenished after a hard day’s work.
Online Coaching
This the most flexible, accessible way to reach your surf or general fitness goals from wherever in the world. Our virtual programme is easy to follow from home or on the beach and Becca will be there to guide you through!
Personal Training
These sessions are in-person and can be booked privately or as part of a small group. We will provide you with equipment and a more comprehensive approach to training as each programme is tailored specific to you.
Nourishment Plan
This programme is a vital ingredient to the surf lifestyle. We believe in colour, balance and wholesome foods that provide us with energy and a variety of flavours! Each recipe is inspired by Becca’s favourite international surf spots.
